My safe foods
Feel free to reblog, add on safe foods, and anything like that. Stay safe, lovelies.
- Apples- 70 cals
- Broth- 5 cals per serving
- Chicken noodle soup- 60 cals per serving
- Peppermints- 36 cals per serving (appetite suppressant)
- Salt- 0 cals (okay this one is weird but like I don’t give a fuck sometimes I eat a bit if I need to taste something)
- Saltines- 70 cals per serving
- Tea- 0 cals (my favourite tea is probably peppermint)
- Coffee- 0 cals (I don’t drink this often but it’s a good thing to have just in case)
I would like to say that this isn’t a lot because my family gets really junky food and these are the only relatively healthy options.
